Insurance & Payment

Insurance

We bill most types of dental insurance. You may contact our office at 612-379-2300 to ensure that your insurance plan is accepted. Please bring all insurance cards and information regarding insurance submission to your appointment. You may also prior to your appointment fill out your insurance info here.

How Does Dental Insurance Work?

We bill your dental insurance provider and you cover the deductible and co-payments. The amount that you owe depends on your specific dental insurance coverage, and co-payment is collected at the time of service.

What if I do not have Insurance?

One option is to use an FSA/HSA account. This type of contribution is tax-free and can be used for qualified dental expenses. For patients wishing to use their FSA/HSA, you pay for your portion of services, and we’ll provide you with an itemized invoice for reimbursement.

Payment

How can I Make a Payment?

Full payment is collected in the form of credit or cash at the time services are performed unless other financial arrangements are made.

A 5% savings is extended to patients paying by cash or check with a zero account balance. This does not apply to persons receiving a Delta Dental adjustment, as the discount is greater.

All co-payments are due the day of service. If you have questions regarding your insurance coverage, please contact our office or direct them to your insurance company. For questions regarding your account, please contact our Financial Coordinator at 612-379-2300.

Other Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept:
